As a Limited Partner, WEC will invest in value-add, development, and opportunistic real estate in the light industrial, flex industrial, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use sectors while strategically looking for covered land opportunities. WEC will also selectively identify core and core-plus assets to own and operate as the General Partner.
